Ok - probably no more tanks. Not quite the ebay performance I was hoping for   Valkyrie did a lot better and I may do more of those...

...after I do the two for my new Imperial Guard army.  I know, I know - "yeah right, a new army of the week". But this time I'm actually making big progress - at least towards the first 1000 points. I have 24 guardsmen almost done, two sentinels almost done, a Basilisk almost done, a Valkyrie (Vendetta config) almost done, another Valkyrie half assembled. I can paint almost the whole Valkyrie in one night, it's the assembly that takes me longer lol.  Then I just need to crank out a few heavy weapons teams which I already bought. We're gearing up for Planetstrike. I have a few Bastions and Aegis walls, and a Skyshield landing pad in various states of painting and assembly too.

Once we have a battle set up (will take a couple more weeks of prep) I'll try to get photos. Once I have some of these Guard finished I'll take photos too. The actual infantry (Cadians) are being done in "good enough" levels of quality, nothing Golden Demon worthy or anything. I'm trying to make the vehicles look as nice as possible though, as those are the highlights of the IG army.

What you expected?
Your tank is unfinished.
There's must be some proofs of warfare on him. Burns, bullet holes, black residue of smoke on tubes, shows of leaking oil on barrels, etc.
And it will be cool if you depict a big AQUILA-sign on the sides. (sorry for bad english) hope you understand what i mean.
Sorry, but this tank is displaying nothing else but your wish for some quick easy money (sideline maybe) ;)

To be fair the Valkyrie just seemed more finished. I dunno the baneblade variant seemed rushed to me maybe it's the photo but everything is tonally too similar from tracks to weathering to camo.

Hm - yeah but that's kinda the problem...it wasn't rushed, but it just kinda turned out to look that way. I did spend a lot of time weathering it but it just doesn't really come across. When I showed my co-worker in real life he was remarking how much better it was than the photos showed.

Ultimately, I'm still doing tanks (like a Basilisk I'm almost done) but for my IG army I guess :) Also a couple of Valkyries. I'm going to do an Ironclad Dread for ebay soon as well.
