Crimson Fists

Hey everyone - hope you all had a great Thanksgiving (Canadians that is). I missed Onslaught although I was previously planning to go. I had not realized it was over Thanksgiving weekend and I was in Calgary.  Bummer.

As mentioned, Im parking the Orks for now - partly because I know they are due for some new plastic kits in the new year, so I'd like to wait for those to do my next ~ 750 points.

So now I'm working on the Crimson Fist marines. I have a few models painted (crappy photos below). I'm working on Terminators (from AoBR), a Thunderfire Cannon, and Sternguard Vets (since they are scoring units with Kantor!).  The photos are crappy and making the reds look really flat and garrish - much worse thna they look in person.  I'm doing both fists red on my tactical marines even though I know most of the time they only should have one red fist.

Thanks! Right now I'm working on the Thunderfire Cannon and a unit of Sternguard Vets (which count as scoring units with Kantor). The vets are further along.

Great painting, as usual. I'm very eager to watch this army grow.
