Spam comments....

Sadly, my comments sections are receiving a lot of bogus spam posts (advertising sex, drugs and rock and roll from Anonymous posters) so I have enabled the "use images to reduce spam" thing. That probably means you need to type in the letters from a small image to make a post. Hopefully people will continue to post legitimate comments as I really enjoy getting them, and hopefully it will reduce the amount of spam comments.

Sounds like a lotta fun, i've been a busy bee working on my new designer clothing website. Its taken a lot of time to get right, I just need to add the style sheets in, my developer is currently on holiday, so its going to be a couple of weeks yet!

I think that to get the home loans from creditors you must have a great reason. But, once I've received a short term loan, because I wanted to buy a bike.

The home loans are useful for people, which want to organize their company. As a fact, this is very easy to receive a secured loan.

It is only discouraging if you care about winning :)

Should be interesting Dan, I think you and I will be battling it out for placement in the 40k category with our Eldar :)

The Helbrecht is sweet. It's also discouraging - nowadays, it looks like you pretty much have to master freehand to compete at almost any level :)

I am not super happy with my entries this year, I am out of practice and not used to painting Inquisitor scale models. I still think my wood elf looks good, just not as good as it could have been :P

My Necron Lord doesn't stand a chance against some of the other 40K entries, but I like it. But I figure this is a 50/50 chance that "Painting Legend" Dan Byer doesn't even show up with his entry.

I was never really able to keep a secret:

Shouldn't be too much longer, just a ton of edging and a few odds and ends... including 2 banners :P

Man, I was so hoping that link was for real!
I need to get my behind in gear if my entries are going to make it in in time!
ya, Rick's helbrecht is pretty nice, I love the bubbles on it, I think I'll have to steal that idea for a later project.
good luck to everyone though, I want to see tons of entries!

Doh! Is it due to lots of freehand?

Yea, It is nice. But it is not as nice as his Celeborn from last years competition. Mark Hippie entered a couple of old models that he had done few years ago. I think my WH entry will win if you forget to bring yours in jarrett, maybe you should watch yer back for any out-of-control Red Dragons.(My Dodge Neon)

As for 40k, It is kinda a lock unless someone can bring in something really nice. They are not even putting it in the display yet, I assume as to not discourage other people from entering. Bleh.

I'll hopefully have a 40k and Fantasy entry done in time... pointy ears all around! I think my 40k entry will be the main one, the Fantasy entry is just an excuse for me to paint something that will eventually end up being in my army.

"Looks nice, 40k will be stiff competition this year. Good thing my main entry is for WH :P"

When you say looks nice, HOW nice? Is it all over for any 40k competition? :) Is it "Dave Taylor" or something like that? By the way, my WH entry is shaping up pretty hot so there will be some stiff competition in that category too :)

DAN BYER!!! The Dan Byer?!?! Painting legend Dan Byer!!??!! AWESOME!!! I can't believe you remember lil'old me.
Hehe, how's it going bro. You doing anything for the GG painting competition?
On that note, I saw one of the entries that they have recieved already, the inquisitor by the same guy who won best in show with Celeborn last year...Ryan Something-er-another. Looks nice, 40k will be stiff competition this year. Good thing my main entry is for WH :P
